With one consistent doula throughout your journey (and a trusted backup if ever needed), you receive full antenatal, birth and postpartum support, along with extended messaging support and priority scheduling.

This is care that unfolds over time, allowing trust to build, fears to soften, and your experience to be held as a whole.

Birth is unpredictable, intense, and deeply personal. Having a calm, emotionally regulated presence beside you can make all the difference.

Through two antenatal preparation sessions, ongoing connection as your due date approaches, and continuous support during labour and birth, I offer steady presence, emotional grounding, and informed support throughout your experience.

I remain with you through the intensity of birth and into the early hours of postpartum, supporting both you and your partner, and helping you integrate the experience afterwards through a gentle birth debrief.

Preparing for birth is not just about information, it’s about feeling steady, informed, and emotionally ready for what lies ahead.

This offering includes two in-depth antenatal sessions: one focused on preparing for birth, and one dedicated to preparing for the postpartum period. Together, we explore your questions, preferences, fears, expectations, and support systems, so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

You’ll receive evidence-based information, space for reflection, and gentle guidance that honours your values and your lived experience, with the reassurance of having someone truly listen.

The early weeks after birth are a time of tenderness, recovery, and profound change.

Postpartum support is centred around you, your rest, your nourishment, your emotional wellbeing, and your adjustment to life as a mother. Support is offered in four-hour blocks, with a recommended minimum of six visits during the first six weeks postpartum and the option to add more blocks as required.

Care may include emotional support, gentle guidance, practical help in service of your recovery, and reassurance as you find your rhythm, offered in a way that feels familiar, respectful, and deeply caring.
