Antenatal
Preparing for birth means feeling steady, informed and emotionally ready for what lies ahead.
Two in-depth sessions: one on birth preparation, one on the postpartum period. Space for your questions, fears and expectations, so you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Birth is unpredictable, intense and deeply personal. Having a calm, steady presence beside you can make all the difference.
Your birth is yours. I'm there to keep you informed, comfortable and supported in the choices you make, however it unfolds.
Two antenatal sessions, ongoing connection as your due date approaches, continuous support through labour and birth, and a gentle debrief afterwards.

Postpartum
The early weeks after birth are a time of tenderness, recovery and profound change.
Six 3-hour visits centred on you: your rest, your nourishment, your recovery and your adjustment to life as a mother. I take care of you while you take care of your baby. Help with feeding, settling and newborn care is woven in wherever you need it.
Prefer to start smaller? Single 3-hour visits are also available.

Night Doula
The nights after birth can be the loneliest, most disorienting part of early motherhood.
However much support surrounds you during the day, 3am has its own particular weight.
Night doula care centres on you as well as your baby. While you rest, your baby is cared for exactly the way you've chosen, following your wishes on feeding, settling and sleep. You get a full report in the morning, with pictures and videos if desired. When you're awake, I'm there for your recovery, your comfort, and simply someone to talk to.
Single nights or blocks of five or ten.

Infant Feeding
Feeding your baby can raise more questions than anything else in the early weeks, whether you're breastfeeding, bottle feeding, pumping or combining them, or preparing for your return to work.
A 2-hour home visit to understand what's happening, answer your questions and set out a clear plan for you and your baby, followed by a written summary to keep.
Where there's a more serious or medical concern, I'll always refer you to an IBCLC or your paediatrician.
